Instead of demanding willpower, it lowers the cost of starting, provides external structure, stays with you while you execute, and gives instant feedback — so complex tasks become a series of tiny actions you can actually take. Content quality always beats format. ## Why AI is great at planning — but for ADHD brains, plans are part of the problem.
